1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be in original unused condition
  • Item must be in original packaging (unopened)
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are damaged by misuse
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
  • Items returned after 14 days

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for faulty items.
